FusionProTech Inc. Returns and Exchange Policy
At FusionProTech Inc., we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. Our returns and exchange policy ensures transparency and fairness, accommodating our customers’ needs while maintaining the integrity of our business operations.
Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame:
Standard Products: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Defective Items: Returns for defective items are accepted within 2 days of delivery.
Custom Products: Custom-manufactured or specially ordered products are not eligible for return unless defective.
Condition:
Products must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and documentation intact.
Products returned with visible damage, missing parts, or signs of use may result in a denial or partial refund.
Non-Returnable Items:
Custom or personalized orders.
Items marked as final sale or clearance.
Items damaged due to improper handling, installation, or unauthorized repairs.
Return and Exchange Process
Initiate a Return:
Submit a return request through our online returns portal or contact us via email at returns@fusionprotech.com
Include the following information:
Order number.
Detailed description of the issue or reason for return.
For defective items: Attach photos and an unboxing video showing the product's condition and any visible defects.
Upon approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for return shipping.
Prepare Your Return:
Ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the RA number to the outside of the package.
Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error on our part.
Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your items.
Inspection and Refund:
Returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt at our facility.
Refunds, exchanges, or replacements are processed within 10 business days after inspection.
Refunds
Method of Refund:
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Deductions:
Shipping and Handling Fees: Non-refundable unless the return is due to a FusionProTech error.
Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain non-defective returns.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a similar or different product are accepted, subject to product availability.
Any price differences for exchanges must be settled at the time of processing.
Defective or Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or damaged or Incorrect item, the following steps are required:
Notify Us Immediately: Contact us within 2 days of delivery at returns@fusionprotech.com.
Provide Evidence: Submit:
Photos clearly showing the defect or damage.
An unboxing video demonstrating the condition of the item as it was opened.
A description of the issue.
Resolution Options:
If the defect or damage is verified, we will provide a pre-paid return label and offer one of the following:
A replacement product at no additional cost.
A full refund, including original shipping fees.
Important Notes
Custom Products: Custom-manufactured items are only eligible for return if they arrive defective or damaged.
International Returns: Additional customs fees or duties may apply for international returns and are the responsibility of the customer.
FusionProTech reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
